Returns Policy

At Upacara, we take pride in the quality of our skincare products. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
